This only worked for pen pressure and the buttons. It might be because there are a lot of easy places to mix things up or my firewall didn’t like the Huion website.Ĥ. It took me SEVERAL times to get it right. Usually there are “wintab32.dll” files in both the “SysWOW64” and “System32” folders, but just deleting them doesn’t work.

If your pen buttons stop working, you messed up a step somewhere or it installed wrong. There doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason.Ģ. You may need to run SAI as the administrator as well. Plug in the tablet, adjust the settings to your liking, and you should be good to go.ġ. You will need to do this every time you use it.ġ9. That’s fine, just “run as administrator” again. The window might flash across your screen before very quickly shutting down. Then right click on the desktop shortcut or in the Start menu or wherever and find “run as administrator.” Click that.ġ8. Find the blue square icon for the Huion tablet driver, right click on it, and a small drop down menu will pop up saying, “quit.” Click on it and make sure the square icon is greyed out in the hidden icons menu. Then go to your task bar, all the way over on the right next to the time, there will be a small arrow pointing up with a pop up menu of your hidden icons. If the prompt comes up and tells you to restart it, then restart it again.ġ5. Just wait a few minutes and restart your computer. Wait a few moments to get a prompt telling you that you need to restart your computer to finish the install.

Go to Huion’s website and download newest drivers (January 2018, I think) You may want to delete the old zipped and extracted driver files from your “downloads” folder or wherever first to avoid confusion.ġ3. My computer remembered this setting, yours may not so double check which apps or programs are allowed through first.ġ2. Turn off your computer’s antivirus program if you don’t already have Huion set up to be allowed through it. Make absolutely sure your tablet is not plugged in.ġ1. It is still a system file so you will still need to do so as an administrator. Again, Find “wintab32.dll” and delete it. Next, go back to the “Windows” folder and then the “SysWOW64” folder.ĩ. It is a system file so you will need to do so as an administrator. Go to “Windows (c:)”, then click on the “Windows” folder, and then the “System32” folder.ħ.

Find the “Huion Tablet” or “TabletDriver” folder or whatever the name was you saved it under during installation (it varies model to model) in your program files and delete it.Ħ. If it does not work after messing with every single setting suggestion, switching USB ports, changing monitor displays, making sure it is allowed through your antivirus program, etc, then uninstall your Huion Driver.ĥ.

Use your old license to get full access.ģ. Download demo/trial version of PaintTool SAI 2. Im writing those problems here because the Wacom Forum is not helping me.2. > I have to drag the curser instead of the tablet being a copy of my screen > Tablet takes both screens only in PTS which bisect my workspace Those Problems only occure in Paint Tool Sai. I want the curser to be exactly where I point on the tablet meaning if I touch the tablet on the top right corner I want the curser to be there.
When i turn paint tool sai on my tablet stops working full size#
I want my first montior to be the full size of my tablet. When this happens I have to lift my pen and go to the other end and drag it further. I watched a Video where it was explained I should change something in the misc.ini file of PTS but after I changed the file the curser was offset to the actual brush.Īnother problem that occured is that sometimes the curser does not jump over my canvas like it should do but rather I have to drag it like a mouse which sets my tablet borders apart and that results in the mouse stopping in the middle of the screen because my tablet reached its end. One half is used for the first monitor the other half for the second, which is obviously a little annoying whilst drawing. Because of that problem my Tablet is halfed. This works for a limited amount of time whilst using Paint Tool Sai but after that it just goes to the second screen again. I have 2 Screens setup so I went into the Wacom program to set the tablet to only 1 Screen. I just bought a new Wacom Intuos 3D Drawing Tablet and it doesn´t work properly.
